About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring we attract the best talent, with a specific focus on software engineering roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in a headhunting company, and experience in corporate environments and software industry recruitment is a plus. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
Responsibilities:
●Manage the entire recruitment process from job analysis, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling to offer and onboarding.
●Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and position requirements.
●Utilize various recruiting channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to source and attract high-quality candidates.
●Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet position requirements.
●Coordinate and follow up on candidate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
●Participate in salary negotiations and the offer process, assisting with new hire onboarding.
●Maintain and update the recruitment database, providing relevant recruitment reports and analysis.
●Continuously improve the recruitment process to increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
