◎ Responsibilities
1. Looking for a highly experienced SEO Team Leader.
2. Responsible for leading an agile SEO team (focus on the US market)
3. Set strategic directions for creating competitive content, driving organic traffic, and enhancing conversions for app downloads.
4. Conduct and oversee keyword research to identify high-volume, high-value B2C opportunities.
5. Guide the optimization of website content and structure in line with SEO best practices.
6. Monitor and analyze website performance, search engine rankings, and core SEO metrics to inform strategy.
7. Develop initiatives to improve on-page conversion rates for SEO-driven inbound traffic.
8. Stay current on SEO trends and algorithm changes and effectively communicate learnings and strategy adjustments to the team.
◎ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C SEO, with a proven track record of leading a team.
- Skilled in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Capable of developing SEO strategies and solving technical SEO issues.
- Excellent English communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.
- Passion for exploring AI-driven marketing trends and applying best practices.
