We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-Business Unit (BU), and cross-company product development initiatives across the group. This role will ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders, drive execution excellence, and deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

You will serve as the central point of accountability for project execution, interfacing with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and leadership across multiple entities under our corporate umbrella.

【Project Leadership & Coordination】

•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of corporate-level product development projects that span multiple BUs and group companies.

•Facilitate project initiation, scoping, budgeting, and resource planning across stakeholders.

•Coordinate efforts across geographically distributed teams with varying business models and organizational priorities.

【Stakeholder Management】

•Serve as a bridge between corporate leadership and operational teams in each BU.

•Drive stakeholder alignment on project goals, key milestones, and interdependencies.

•Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.

【Execution & Governance】

•Manage full project lifecycle from concept to launch, including product design, engineering, testing, validation, manufacturing ramp, and go-to-market activities.

•Establish project governance frameworks (stage gates, KPIs, risk registers, change control boards).

•Ensure transparent reporting and issue escalation to leadership.

【Risk, Quality, and Compliance】

•Proactively identify and mitigate project risks across technical, commercial, and operational domains.

•Monitor product quality metrics and drive root cause resolution where needed.

•Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
