Responsibilities: 1. Product Content Management: - Take ownership of product listing content and imagery, ensuring it is accurate, compelling, and aligns with our brand standards. - Monitor product listings regularly, identifying and addressing any discrepancies, errors, issues resulting in negative reviews and updating outdated information. - Implement A/B testing for content elements to optimize conversion rates and sales - Find efficiencies and streamline processes. - Continuous learning and optimizing our major channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Lowes, Wayfair, Kohl's, and Maisonette. - Work on and ultimately become an expert in integrations through Salsify, ChannelAdvisor, and similar solutions. 2. Photoshoot management: - Be the project owner of Kids categories photoshoot - Work with vendors for all the shooting details 2. E-commerce Platform Communication: - Communicate with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc. for the listing content related information - Stay up-to-date with platform policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and avoid potential conflicts. 3. We are seeking a dedicated (Sr.) Ecommerce Key Account Executive to manage our Amazon US account. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing product listings, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
