Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Financial or related fields. 2. Familiarity with corporate operations and management procedures is an advantage. 3. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with personnel at all levels. 4. Strong market/business analysis, strategic planning, and project management capabilities. 5. Proficiency in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items. 6. High level of initiative and responsibility; capable of independently solving problems and completing tasks; possessing conceptual thinking. 7. Excellent time management and multitasking skills, able to perform efficiently under pressure. 8. Strong team spirit, actively participating in planning and executing team activities. 9.
