Délys & Sens 感官餐廳將於二零二一年十月二十四日週日上午十一點半盛大開幕。 Délys & Sens 感官餐廳座落於一棟全新落成的極簡現代建築。感官秉持著無二的理念與藝術性的設計，旨在帶來不凡的城市風貌，與放眼未來的動感。感官餐廳的存在是融於不同時象的變幻、不同氣象的轉換、與獨特時刻的迷幻。 我們同時創造了一座頂級的開放式廚房，容您於此究竟一切幕後花絮、一切有如魔法般的夢幻。 現在的感官餐廳更能包羅萬有，提供自然直覺的體驗。 在過去，我們提供法式的豪華精緻餐飲體驗；我們再也不需被區區國界劃分的概念給限制。現在的感官餐廳單純地提供令人驚艷的食物，其靈感來源地已不再是討論的範疇。並且，我們跳脫以往套餐形式的點餐限制，單點的上菜模式提供了更多與親朋好友共桌用餐、分享喜悅的機會。 感官餐廳的用餐環境配備了CPH-7 Dolby ATMOS 5.1.2 七聲道揚聲系統。   您與親朋好友於此聚會用餐的時刻，可完整享受具備ATMOS品質的背景音場，沈浸精心調校的環境氛圍中，不被過度的波動刺激侵擾。 Our restaurant Délys & Sens 感官餐廳 will officially open on Sunday, October 24th, 2021 at 11:30 AM.  Délys & Sens 感官餐廳, is now located in a brand-new modern and minimalistic building. The conception and design of the restaurant is unique and artistic. We wanted to offer people a change of scenery, a glimpse into the aesthetics of tomorrow. Our restaurant can now adapt to the time of the day, the weather outside, or the ambiance of a specific moment.  We also built a top-class open-kitchen, and you’ll get to see how everything happens behind the scenes here, where the magic occurs. Ganguan is now more inclusive, more accessible to all. We used to offer a fine dining experience of semi-gastronomique French cuisine; our restaurant is not limiting to French cuisine anymore, we just want to offer amazing food, no matter where it comes from. Also, we are now working À la carte, with possibility of coming with friends and family, and sharing everything on the Table. Our restaurant is also equipped with CPH-7 Dolby ATMOS 5.1.2 7 channel speakers.  You will get to hear how this sounds and how you can enjoy ATMOS-quality ambiance and music while enjoying your dinner with your friends and family without the sound being too loud or invasive.
