〈Job description〉 1. Responsible for recruiting both local and native-English-speaking teachers and for managing and supporting their roles effectively. 2. Supervising teachers' teaching capability and academic administration. 3. Handling academic and administrative tasks. 4. Planning and organizing various school events and activities. 5. Overseeing the operational management of the elementary school. 6. Implementing and evaluating experimental educational programs. 7.
