Your Role and Responsibilities : -Gather and analyze business requirements by working with the business team, architects and product owners to understand the business needs and problems. -Translate business needs and problems into user stories and technical specifications, review with the technical implementation teams, create acceptance criteria and the definition of “done,” test the changes and signoff. -Analyze impact of business requirements to effectively develop epics, features and story details for squads. -Provide operational analysis of business functions by analyzing performance metrics and business results. -Communicate complex business and IT concepts effectively with the entire team – from the engineers to the executive stakeholder. -Transition easily between technical terminology to “big picture” ideas with thoughtful analysis, understanding, and demonstrated mastery of written and verbal communication.

Application Consultant are required to involve with the process, life cycle and creation of the software solution to our clients in their businesses. You will work closely with critical stakeholders in using languages such as Java, Typescript to design and develop the necessary specifications for software. You may also test, debug, and improve generally faulty applications for clients. Specifically, you will • Define, detail and scope the technical requirements into solution architecture and drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint. • Design, develop and/or re-engineer application components, and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. • Support technical consultants and lead to building solutions and providing technical mentoring and guidance.

- Work closely with critical stakeholders in using languages such as Java to develop the necessary specifications for software - Proficient in stitch together end to end application starting from front end web development, back-end development, middleware integration and persisting data in no SQL or DBMS database. - Read the design specifications of UML(class diagram/flow diagram) to develop the code to complete the functionalities needed. - Perform thorough unit and functional testing of the code to ensure high quality products. - Testing & automation of new software product features within the CI/CD pipeline
