You will be a critical part of a team to develop and implement successful software development projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for several software projects dealing with deploying exceptional experience in Logitech’s product line. You will drive the delivery of features and functionality on Logitech’s desktop and mobile applications. As part of a team of technical project and program managers, you will work closely not only with Engineering, QA, Embedded Software, Architects, but also with Product Management, and the Design team defining the user experience. In this role you will: • Be the representative of the Software organization and a bridge of our Taiwan site and the rest of the organization. • Be the Scrum Master in Scrum teams, lead multiple teams to apply the Scrum framework, and guide teams to use best practices in Scrum. • Drive, and Coordinate Backlog grooming, Planning, Demo, retrospective, and daily stand-ups. • Work with the Product Owners to manage backlog and requests. • Resolve issues and remove all obstacles for Scrum teams. • Own and Manage Project schedule and deliverables. • Apply knowledge in Software Product Life Cycle and different software development methodologies. • Actively manage risks, help to have creative mitigation and contingency plans. • Report and communicate on a regular basis; escalate when project goals are at risk.
