Our company is near National Taipei University, with a good environment and convenient transportation. In addition to sharing their work experiences, our employees are also willing to share their daily life, making LYNwave a dynamic and friendly working environment. Our R&D personnel accounts for 35% of our total workforce, and expenses related to employee education and training, as well as research on new technologies, are as high as 3.5% of the after-tax earnings. With outstanding R&D design capabilities and over 50 antenna-related patents, LYNwave is strong on using simulation technology to integrate antenna, thermal and PI&SI with the experience and expertise of cooperation with internationally renowned clients in the field of wireless communication.
