Responsibilities: 1.Optimize and execute the talent development process. Assist in the establishment of learning maps for various functional departments, and develop diversified training and development methods to enhance training effectiveness. Include: (1) Identify and assess current and future training needs. (2) Develop and implement high-impact training programs for all levels of employees that address business needs. (3) Manage and utilize external training resources to fulfill internal learning needs (4) Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness. 2.Identify and integrate HR processes and practices in support of organizational and cultural transformation with a balanced global and local perspective. 3.Support employee engagement and communication initiatives. Qualifications: 1.Master’s degree or above and major in Human Resource, Psychology, MBA, or other related fields are preferred. 2.Minimum 15 years of HR related experience, passionate in L&D domain.
