Job Description
1. 管理特定烹飪工位：負責管理某個特定的烹飪工位或廚房部門，如熱菜區、冷菜區、甜點區、燒烤區等，確保該區域的所有菜餚準時且準確地完成。
2. 烹飪專業技能：擅長某個特定菜系或烹飪技術，並能夠獨立完成該工位的所有菜餚準備和製作，保持菜品的一致性和品質。
3. 協調與溝通：與其他部門的廚師合作，確保廚房的各個區域協調一致，並與 Sous Chef 和 Head Chef 保持良好溝通，確保菜餚的順利出品。
4. 監督與指導下級廚師：負責該工位的其他廚師，包括 Demi Chef、Commis Chef，指導他們的日常工作並進行技能培訓。
5. 庫存管理與食材準備：負責監控和管理自己部門的食材庫存，確保食材充足且新鮮，並按需下單。
6. 質量控制：確保該工位的所有菜餚達到餐廳的質量和呈現標準，並符合衛生和安全規範。
