Job Description
----工作內容----
1. 協助客戶解決技術及產品問題，蒐集國內外客戶相關問題與分析結果
2. 規劃/確認產品及軟體開發功能，並能有效率地管理功能和技術文件
3. 跨部門溝通，確保產品及軟體即時上市
4. 支援業務團隊推廣產品
----條件要求----
1. 主動積極、溝通能力佳，能獨立與協調團隊作業，抗壓性高，有責任感
2. 具備資料蒐集、資料彙整分析、報告撰寫，簡報製作能力
3. 具備基本網路 TCP/IP 相關知識尤佳
[Responsibilities]
1. Asist customers/sales to solve technical problems and make a global support analysis
2. Follow up optimized software plans and efficiently manage technical documents
3. Communicate and coordinate cross-function team to ensure product launch in time
4. Support sales training and marketing events
[Requirements]
1. Fluent English
2. Team player with high responsibility
3. Good communication skills
4. Knowledge of network TCP/IP protocols is a big plus
5. Japanese communication is a good plus
