Job Description

1.Monitor Front Office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
2.Monitor Front Office personnel, to ensure IHG members, known repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition
3.Be aware of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out
4.Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service
5.Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
1.管理前檯人員，確保客人得到及時、熱情的關注和個人認可。
2.確保洲際酒店集團會員、已知回頭客和其他貴賓得到特別關注和認可。
3.與財務部門密切聯繫，確保信貸程序正確執行。
4.維繫部門間關係，確保無縫的客戶服務。
5.解決問題、推理、激勵、組織、訓練能力。
6.按照年度品牌標準並完成年度目標，維持穩定的品質。
7.能固定值大夜班。
