Job Description
-Expense application review and A/P management 審核費用申請和應付帳款管理
-Perform monthly payment cycle and customer collection cycle 執行每月付款及客戶應收帳款
-Daily general journal entry 執行每日記帳
-Monthly accounts reconciliation, and voucher filing 每月帳目對帳及憑證歸檔
-Assist internal/external auditing and compliance requirements 協助內部/外部審計和遵循合規要求
-VAT tax filing preparation and claims, withholding tax and stamp duty filing, other tax filing related matters 稅務申報準備，預扣稅和印花稅申報，其他與稅務申報相關的事項
-Daily banking-related matters 日常銀行相關事務
-Inventory and fixed assets list monitoring, inventor checking/annual stock-take 存貨和固定資產清單監控，庫存核對/年度盤點
-Monthly costing file monitoring, and tracking of department expenses of actual vs. budget 每月成本監控，追蹤部門實際支出與預算的對比
-Support the Company's Financial Controller to complete various ad-hoc projects as needed, including presentation, support and performance reports for management 其他財務主管交辦事項

法蘭摩沙將處理來自台灣活性藥物成分生產商的廢溶劑（甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、異丙醇、甲苯、乙腈、己烷），年處理能力達到23,000噸。該工廠將從簽約客戶處回收溶劑。 法蘭摩沙也向藥廠提供現場服務，通過提供所需的蒸汽和壓縮空氣來進行運營，並負責冷卻器和冷卻水塔的運營和維護。

Framosa Co. Ltd (Framosa) is a Joint Venture company between Veolia group, Mercuries Group and SCI Pharmatech Inc. The JV is currently building a pharmaceutical API’s solvent recovery plant in Taoyuan- Taiwan, and is now hiring the Operation team.
Framosa will process up to 23,000t/year of spent solvents (Methanol, Ethanol, Acetone, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, toluene, acetonitrile, Hexane) from Taiwan-based producers of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (“APIs”, which are used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products). The plant will recover solvents from contracted customers. Framosa are also providing on-site services to a pharmaceutical plant which is located next to the solvent recovery plant by delivering the steam and compressed air required for the Operation and are also responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of the chiller and cooling tower.
