Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator/Specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the shipping department by managing warehouse communications, creating and reviewing bills of lading, assisting in warehouse management, handling RMA cases, and managing the increased volume of orders. This role is critical in enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and warehouse facilities.

- Coordinate the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments.

- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process.

2. Bill of Lading Creation and Review:

- Prepare accurate bills of lading for all shipments.

- Review bills of lading for completeness and accuracy.

- Ensure timely submission and distribution of shipping documentation.

- Strategically and continuous optimization of pricing and shipping conditions of existing and new forwarders (planning and negotiation)

- familiarity with air courier processes, making it clear that experience with air freight operations is a key requirement for the role.

3. Warehouse Management Assistance:

- Assist in inventory management, including regular stock takes and audits.

- Support the organization and optimization of warehouse space.

- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.

4. RMA Case Management:

- Process and manage return merchandise authorization (RMA) cases.

- Ensure timely resolution of RMA cases to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle returned goods efficiently.
