Job Description
1.進行訓練發展需求分析，規劃、執行公司訓練發展計畫，並評估訓練發展之成效。
2.為內部講師，可獨立撰寫、編排課程內容
3.具勞保、健保、勞退、團保作業，及員工薪酬相關作業經驗
4.協助招募事宜
5.執行員工關懷
6.規劃及執行各項員工活動舉辦
7.執行主管及專案交辦事項
