工作職責:
- 負責食物準備和廚房運作
- 準備食材和菜餚,確保按照正確的配方和品質準備
- 確保所提供食物的準備和品質始終如一
- 確保所有食品均以專業方式生產並符合公司品質標準
- 保持卓越優質的菜餚
- 確保適當儲存食材,尤其是極易腐爛的食材
- 確保負責類別食品均符合衛生管理的規定
- 依要求執行每日開門及關門職責事宜
- 依照直接主管的指示執行臨時任務及協助支援團隊

The Job:
- Responsible for food preparation and the kitchen operation
- Prepare ingredients and dishes to ensure they are prepared to the correct recipes and quality
- Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained
- Ensure all food products are produced in a professional manner and meet the company quality standard
- Maintain exceptional quality of the cuisine
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients, especially highly perishable those
- Ensure all food production complies with hygiene management regulations
- Carry out daily opening and closing duties as required
- Conduct ad-hoc assignments and support the team as instructed by your direct supervisor
