Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement administrative processes
- Provide flawless support in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Support the coordination of company events and initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support in an information technology role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
