Job Description
■Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services required for semiconductor requirements.
■Oversee purchasing activities and manage procurement processes.
■Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms of delivery, resolving issues related to orders, quality, or delivery.
■Monitor supplier performance and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
■Monitor inventory levels of assigned commodities to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. Coordinate with planning and production teams to adjust purchasing activities based on demand fluctuations.
■Resolve any issues related to procurement, such as delivery delays or quality concerns, and implement corrective actions.
■Establish and Track department KPI
■Attend meetings with the cross functional teams, engineering team, vendors, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and alignment
Preferred qualifications:
■Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
■5+ years experience in semiconductor or related field
■5+ years leadership experience in supply chain management or order management.
■Fluent in English on communication
