Job Description
• Discuss with Design, Commercial, Production and Testing department to build single project schedule in order to build overall schedule for multi-projects.
• Controlling and maintaining time schedules and performing schedule analyses.
• Communicating and reporting progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis.
• Preparing and updating the final project timeline report.
• Managing the schedule trend analysis, conducting professional scenario analyses, tracking of milestones, preparing critical path and float analyses and progress S-curves
• Supporting the project management team in key decision making by delivering scheduling inputs, as well as assessing schedule risks and opportunities
