About the role

We are developing exciting EdTech SaaS that will make an impact of teaching and learning experience. As our product grows into more sophisticated solution, we are looking for a technical writer who will be working cross functionally to develop a solid documentation such as manual, user guide, FAQ, etc for the products and features that we are developing at the BU. This role is essential to maintain good customer experience and satisfaction. If you are user-centric, detail-oriented, and enjoy the dynamic of startup, we welcome you to join the team!

• Create and update user manual and patch/release notes

• Translate complex concepts into user friendly content for end users

• Create and maintain content standards to keep consistency in terminology,

style across all materials

• Information architecture: organizing growing number of documents

• Content lifecycle management such as version control

• Work closely with product and engineering to understand the product

• Work closely with sales and customer success to develop content

that support onboarding, product training

• Continuous improvement and apply best practice
