Job Description

Principal Objective
The primary objective is to work closely with the product team, creative team and the markets to ensure smooth processes are implemented and operational excellence is achieved. Supporting in the global strategy implementation and being a key connection points for trade marketing and brand ambassadors within the TAVO brand. This includes but is not limited to POS supplier management and internal and external co-ordination and communication.
Area of responsibilities
• Create and continuously maintain a product availability tracker with the goal to streamline, and inform all stakeholders of when product should be available and streamlining with markets, product and creative team to ensure effective campaign planning and a clear understanding for all.
• Project manage global Point of Sale development, price negotiation, installations and process set up with approved global suppliers both in Europe and East Asia.
• Work closely with the other global marketing team member to streamline and project manage the communication of product development pipelines to global markets.
• C o-ordinate the operational side of new product to global teams and ecom.
• Co-ordinating global website launches and new product with web merchandisers, ecom teams and IT teams including translations to regional teams.
• Process set up for all new projects and initiatives. Actively bring suggestions for improvement and efficiency.
• Managing international marketing projects assigned by Global Head of Marketing in co-operation with Creative & Execution Team
• Administrative tasks, e.g. invoice management, preparing of monthly management summary
• Assist with monitoring global product launches
• Support marketing team and sales team in the creation of and attendance at international marketing meetings & trade shows
• Act as a proactive member of the International Marketing Team working closely with the Trade Marketing members of the team.
Experience & Education
• 7-10 Years working in Marketing operations, Project management, POS development and
• Experience in an international company a plus but not necessary.
• Exceptional organization and strong analytical project management skills
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
• Language requirements: English mandatory, Mandarin a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; Advanced Excel highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Asana project management tool a plus.
• Willingness to travel (both domestic & international) as business needs warrant
