Job Description
Principal Objective:
The primary objective of the Product Quality Assurance coordinator is to oversee product testing, ensure compliance, and manage quality-related documentation across various regions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Product Testing & Compliance:
• Manage product testing requirements across different regions to meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain comprehensive records of RMAs (Returned erchandise Authorizations), customer complaints, and countermeasure reports.
• Ensure all products comply with applicable regulatory and safety requirements.
Documentation & Reports:
• Provide and manage detailed product test reports according to customer specifications and requests.
• Upload and maintain test reports in shared folders and the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) server.
• Monitor and update the testing matrix to track the smooth progression of product testing.
• Prepare lists of new SKUs for warranty purposes, specifically for the EU market.
Collaboration & Coordination:
• Share mass production bill of materials and drawing files with the US team to ensure smooth communication.
• Handle batch testing requests, specifically for car seats, in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Work closely with internal teams to address customer testing requests and additional projects as needed.
• Perform any other duties as required to assist team members and support broader QA goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
• English: Professional Working Proficiency.
• Chinese (Mandarin): Native / Bilingual Proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes in product development, with experience in juvenile products considered a plus.
