Job Description
A crucial role in ensuring that the facility fully complies with all applicable environmental laws, Group and client’s requirement, also mitigating the environmental impacts of facility operations, and also responsible for daily environmental operation, including on-line government reporting.
確保廠內設施完全遵守所有適用的環保法規、集團和客戶的要求，以及減輕設施運營對環境的影響，並負責日常環境運營，包含政府申報。
-Ensuring that the facility adheres to the latest local, the Group, and international environmental regulations. This includes monitoring emissions, waste disposal, and chemical handling to make sure everything meets the required standards.
確保工廠遵守最新的當地、集團和國際環境法規。這包括監測排放、廢棄物處理和化學品處理，以確保一切都符合標準。
-Applying and updating environmental permits / licenses.
申請與更新環保相關許可或證照。
-Conducting regular environmental reporting for air, toxic substances, water, and waste.
定期進行空氣、有毒物質、水和廢棄物的環境報告。
-Regularly monitoring environmental performance and preparing reports for the Group or authority visit.
定期監控環境報告並為集團或政府檢驗準備。
-Be a liaison for the environmental agency and the other relevant environmental units .
擔任相關環保單位的聯絡窗口。
-Managing the qualified waste management subcontractors or vendors to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
管理合格的廢棄物管理分包商或供應商，以確保遵守環境法規。
-Daily inspections and improvement tracking in the facility.
工廠設施內的日常檢查和改進追蹤。
-Promoting and implementing practices that reduce the environmental hazards of the facility.
推廣並實施減少環境危害的做法。
-Developing and coordinating emergency response plans for environmental incidents, such as chemical spills or accidents, to minimize environmental damage and ensure quick recovery.
制定和協調化學品洩漏或事故等環境事件的緊急計畫，以最大程度地減少環境損害並確保快速恢復。
-Analyzing the incident and reporting .
分析事件並報告。
-Collaborating with other departments about site environmental issues and alignments.
與其他部門就現場環境問題和協調進行合作。
-Educating and training employees on environmental policies, sustainability knowledge.
對員工進行環境政策、永續發展知識的教育與訓練。
-Participating in mandatory environmental training and meetings.
參加環保相關的必要培訓和會議。
-Establishing the guidelines and SOPs of environmental management.
制定環境管理指南和SOP。
-Collaboration with HSE team.

法蘭摩沙將處理來自台灣活性藥物成分生產商的廢溶劑（甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、異丙醇、甲苯、乙腈、己烷），年處理能力達到23,000噸。該工廠將從簽約客戶處回收溶劑。 法蘭摩沙也向藥廠提供現場服務，通過提供所需的蒸汽和壓縮空氣來進行運營，並負責冷卻器和冷卻水塔的運營和維護。

Framosa Co. Ltd (Framosa) is a Joint Venture company between Veolia group, Mercuries Group and SCI Pharmatech Inc. The JV is currently building a pharmaceutical API’s solvent recovery plant in Taoyuan- Taiwan, and is now hiring the Operation team.
Framosa will process up to 23,000t/year of spent solvents (Methanol, Ethanol, Acetone, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, toluene, acetonitrile, Hexane) from Taiwan-based producers of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (“APIs”, which are used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products). The plant will recover solvents from contracted customers. Framosa are also providing on-site services to a pharmaceutical plant which is located next to the solvent recovery plant by delivering the steam and compressed air required for the Operation and are also responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of the chiller and cooling tower.
