You will be responsible for conducting research on targeted sectors and markets and grow deal opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
主要职责：
• Conduct primary research on targeted sectors and markets, develop a pipeline of potential leads, and screen incoming deal opportunities in Japan;
• 日本目标客户和市场的基本调研，开发潜在合作伙伴，筛选日本市场投资机会；
• Industry and market research in Japan for potential impact investees which have the potential to generate financial as well as social returns;
• 日本行业和市场调研，发掘有利于公司发展的潜在投资对象；
• Screening, shortlisting and engaging with Japan companies to create a viable investment pipeline;
• 筛选日本公司，搭建潜在投资合作渠道；
• Look for potential Japan investment agents, channels, partners in Japan, build up and maintain good relationship and partnership;
• 寻找潜在日本投资代理，渠道，合作伙伴，建立并维护良好的合作伙伴关系；
• Maintaining relations with investees and portfolio management from Japan;
• 维护与被投资方的关系，以及日本投资组合管理；
Key Requirements:
主要资质要求：
• at least one to three years' related information collection experience
• 至少1到3年相关信息搜集方面的工作经验
• degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines from a top-tier undergraduate university
• 经济，金融，财务或其他相关专业本科学位
• Ability to work independently within a team context and with multiple team leaders
• 能够在团队中独立完成工作任务，并且可以跨部门合作；
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently at all levels in a fast-paced environment
• 优秀的沟通能力，能够在快节奏的环境中有自信的与不同人群沟通交流；
• Research skill, sense of business, good interpersonal skill, passionate and presentation skill; demonstrated teamwork skills;
• 具有调研技巧，商业概念；很好的交际能力;对工作有激情；善于展示；很好的团队合作能力；
• Strong client service orientation with openness to feedback and new ideas;
