要求:
A. 有印刷業5年以上經驗, 3年以上管理经验
B. 有OFFSET/COLOR MANAGEMENT操作經驗
C. 有GMI/G7 ..等認證經驗
D. 有海外經歷
PRODUCTION & SCHEDULING MANAGER

• Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments directly supervise Digital, Flexo and
HTL Production, Finishing, and Shipping/Receiving functions to ensure maximum
productivity and optimal scheduling requirements are met at the minimum cost.
• Study, document, control and improve all manufacturing processes and procedures to
achieve maximum productivity, minimum cost and optimal scheduling requirements.
Ensure documentation is easily understood and properly shared.
• Create and maintain planning and supervising the day-to-day schedule of the production
print staff in support of on time and accurate order fulfillment.
• Managing the ongoing training and development of local team members direction to
Flexo, DPS, HTL, Digital and Shipping Receiving supervisors.
• Define SOP’s that increase speed, reduce cost and optimize production to drive growth of
the Maxim High Point location.
• Partner with IT , local and Global Production Development on the creation and
maintenance of deployment standards of all new items/format updates
• Liaison with equipment supplier for technical support, upgrades, and new technology
that support continuous quality and production improvements.
• Manage manufacturing equipment through maintenance of existing equipment,
establishing new equipment requirements, installation of new equipment, etc.
• Determine performance standards and customer scorecard requirements. Ensure
employees' understanding and compliance with performance standards through
establishment of accountability for work.
• Ensure completion of all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
• Ensure all safety and work rules and regulations are followed. Ensure departmental
housekeeping standards and promote 5S practices.
• Operate output devices and other tasks as needed and or required.
Qualifications
• Must have 5+ years’ experience in a printing environment.
• 3+ years’ experience in production management & scheduling role
• Excellent data analysis and critical thinking skills are a must.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage and allocate resources to ensure on time delivery of both projects and
products.
• Demonstrates ability to build, lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications must be demonstrated (Teams, Excel, Word,
Power Point)
• Pervious T100 operating system experience a plus
• Capable of engaging and conversing with a multitude of representatives from all facets of
industry
• Capable of using cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and concerns.
• Previous experience in creation, training and implementation of Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP's)
• Ability to identify and support the training needs of those under direct supervision.
• Previous experience using production planning and or job scheduling software desired.
• Possess and utilizes a strong sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.
• Ability to give and/or take detailed direction to effectively execute on deliverables.
