1. Product analysis
2. Small-scale trial production of new products
3. Process improvement
4. Material development
5. Supervisor assignment
6. Comply with all company policies and procedures
7. Solve customer problems

You should be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic to take on either new problems or assigned by your senior or management. You are also required to have your own project and schedule so that you would work independently.
