<Job Mission>
This position has the role of EUV Safety Engineer with the responsibility for operational safety. TRUMPF EUV team is closely working together with customer for EUV lithography.
<Key Responsibilities>
•Coordinating of safety topics/trainings within EUV project with TRUMPF HQ, customer and end customers
•Escalation owner for safety issues and follow up
•Coordination with customers in order to be able to incorporate requirements and obligations into the safety considerations
•Conducting accident and incident investigations and identify controls to prevent reoccurrence.
•Conducting health and safety training.
•Conducting high-risk work management.
•To cooperate with EHS activities as requested
•Conduct refresh safety training for fly-ins
•Conduct thorough safety training for new hires/new fly-ins
•Conduct risk assessment where there’s no procedure available
•Drive the completion of the mandatory safety training within the organization
•Other assignment within the organization.
<Education>
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Industrial Safety/Health engineering related.
<Experience>
1-3 years’ customer service-related experience in the field of Safety, SEMICON or Electronics industry.
<Personal/Professional skills>
•Better with Tool installation and inspection experiences.
•Fluent English skills in both written and verbal.
•Excellent communication skill.
•General knowledge of human/product safety.
•Customer focused, Optimistic, integrity and trust.
•Structured and conscientious way of working.
•Knowledge of product safety.
•Knowledge of chemistry and materials technology is preferred.
•勞工安全衛生管理員 certification/license is MUST.
