1.房客住宿登記、退房接待服務、帳務作業及會員客戶資料管理。
2.出納、房帳稽核。
3.客房產品販賣。
4.接聽轉接電話及協助訂房作業。
5.飯店周邊諮詢服務。
6.落實飯店標準作業與行政文書相關訓練作業。
7.基礎處理顧客抱怨及危機處理。
