美妝、保養品、FMCG、部分食品等採購業務工作。
◼︎國際市場開發：
尋找潛在的海外供應商，建立合作關係。
參加國際美妝展覽，拓展人脈，尋求合作機會。
分析國際美妝市場趨勢，尋找具有市場潛力的產品。
◼︎進出口流程管理：
熟悉國際貿易流程，包括報關、清關、運輸等。
處理相關文件，確保產品順利通關。
了解各國的法規與標準，確保產品符合進口要求。
◼︎外語溝通：
與外國供應商進行洽談、郵件往來等。
了解國外市場的行銷策略，並將其本土化。
◼︎風險管理：
評估貿易風險，如匯率風險、政治風險等。
制定風險應對措施，保障公司利益。
產品合法性檢驗： 確保進口產品符合國內相關法規。
跨文化溝通： 了解不同國家的文化差異，以利於與外國供應商進行更順暢的溝通。
價格談判： 與外國供應商進行價格談判，以取得最佳的採購條件。
市場行銷： 協助國內銷售團隊進行產品行銷，包括產品介紹、市場定位等。
