職務内容
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for helping drive and deliver a comprehensive investor relations program to provide an accurate, timely, and insightful view of Perfect’s long-term strategic, operational, financial vision, plans, and performance to key stakeholders
2. Assist in preparing for company’s regular SEC related filing and quarterly earnings release preparation with the management
3. Assist in developing business analytics materials with other senior leadership in the preparation of investor and analyst engagements
4. Help manage investor conferences and the annual shareholder meeting, etc.
5. Create periodic peer comparison reports and monitor capital market activities on equity.
6. Assist in setting up and maintaining IR website, IR databases, event calendars, etc.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in public company investor relationship role
2. Great in business analytics skillset with data analytics and business operating metrics monitoring;
3. Outstanding English writing and speaking ability;
4. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Investment, Communications, Marketing;
5. Strong presentation skills; create presentation materials for effective communication of financial performance as well as company strategy, product and technology.
6. Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information.
7. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, high energy and appetite to learn.
