職務内容
1. Coordinate customer complaints with engineering department, outsourced FA lab and manufacturing subcontractors.
2. Prepare failure analysis reports and 8D reports to customers, including containment actions, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
3. Handle RMA cases from customer side.
