Job Description
1. 設備售後在客戶端安裝調機及驗收。
2. 專案實施過程中產品的安裝調試，產品交付後的客戶培訓及技術支援。
3. 高工或專科電子科/電機科/機械科應屆畢業生可，做過設備服務性質的工作或封裝工廠1年以上工作經驗尤佳，良好的溝通能力，邏輯思維能力。
4. 動手能力強，懂Die Bond 和Wire Bond 封裝工程，略懂新川設備(shinkawa / K&S wire bond)尤佳。
5. 設備問題troubleshooting。
6. 主要負責台灣地區面對客戶的售後服務工作，到職後有機會安排到大陸短期受訓。
7. 需自備小型車
