職務内容
1。歷過的製造產品偏向「塑膠射出成型、模具」相關。
2。管理過的製造人數超過500人以上規模
3。統籌規劃工程作業流程，提出製程與品質改善策略，以期提升產能、降低生產成本。掌控所有工程製造異常並有效改善。
4。具工程ME/NPI/PE背景、與研發部門接應後之工程項目
5。規劃並實現產能最佳化、物控、生管、品管、倉儲物流等單位協調，以順利達成客戶的交期目標。
6。員工培養和發展，激勵團隊並提升部門效率。
