2.確保餐廳迎賓區營運設備的清潔與正常, 餐廳區迎接所有賓客，並引領顧客至座位。

3.建立顧客資料,且對菜單以及活動能具體了解。

4.按照規定保持制服和個人儀容儀表笑容的高標準。

5.詢問顧客預訂時交代之特殊資訊，並與廚房團隊再次確認。

6.協助服務人員相互配合進行迎賓茶服務及顧客桌邊服務。

7.協助結帳服務。

8.具親和力及服務熱忱者。

9.有收銀、接待、餐飲及飯店經驗者佳。
