職務内容
General Purpose:
• Product Engineer responsibilities: Keyboards, Mice, Mouse Pads and
Headsets
• Drives new product introduction from R&D into production ensuring cost,
quality, manufacturability, and availability goals are achieved
• Drives production test readiness at DVT and PVT stages at all ODM
manufacturing sites. Works with R&D and ODM to ensure that a production
test and manufacturing plan is developed and implemented
• Works with R&D and ODM to ensure that all design and manufacturing issues
are solved before DVT and PVT respectively
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Review DFM, FMEA, MIL with R&D and ODM at NPI stage, drive ODM to
optimize design for manufacturing.
• Hold DVT exit meeting to ensure all design and process issues are closed
before moving forward to PVT.
• Conducts periodic reviews to ensure NPI project is on track. Close
communication with R&D team, US PE, China PE to ensure all information of
NPI stage are aligned and no gap.
• Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risks and status clearly and
succinctly.
• Review testing plan and SOP to ensure key parameters of testing and
manufacturing are correctly deployed at ODM.
• Review web comments, RMA returns to drive ODM to implement
improvements.
