Job Description:

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global sales team and ensuring smooth operations across various sales functions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Pricebook Operations

- Manage and maintain the pricebook, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing information for our products and services.

- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to analyze pricing strategies and optimize pricing structures to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Regularly review and update pricing policies in alignment with market trends and competitive analysis.

Deal Desk (Quotation Verification):

- Serve as the primary point of contact for deal desk activities, including quotation verification and approval processes.

- Review sales quotes and proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance with pricing policies, and alignment with customer requirements.

- Work closely with sales representatives and other stakeholders to resolve pricing discrepancies and negotiate terms when necessary.

SFDC System Onboarding:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members on the Salesforce (SFDC) system, providing training and support as needed.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within SFDC by implementing best practices for data entry, maintenance, and hygiene.

- Generate reports and dashboards in SFDC to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting.
