Who We Are:

We are humbled by the long-term relationships with our customers, earned through the packaging solutions we offer, including design, engineering, testing, manufacturing, and fulfillment of custom and stock packaging
Responsibilities:
• Conduct recruitment activities through various channels to fulfill hiring needs.
• Update and maintain personnel records, organization charts, and other related HR documents.
• Handle procedures related to employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, rewards and penalties, resignations, and promptly manage social security and provident fund transactions, conducting monthly reconciliation of statements.
• Manage educational training programs, identify training needs, and organize training courses to ensure continuous enhancement of employees' professional skills.
• Assist in the management of company attendance, ensuring timely collection of attendance data and the preparation of attendance reports; ensure timely and accurate monthly salary distribution, handling anomalies in salary payments.
• Assist superiors in conducting performance evaluations, and regularly updating performance dashboards for various departments.
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual human resources work reports and reporting to superiors.
• Provide suggestions for optimizing the company's human resources system based on different stages of company development and local policies and regulations.
• Manage company labor relations affairs and provide professional advice to company managers.
• Handle administrative tasks during work exchanges with personnel from other stations, including visa arrangements, transportation, and employee dormitories.
• Manage factory vehicle fuel cards, and handle monthly expense recharge and invoice applications.
• Monthly application for travel expenses.
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for a major in human resources.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, with fluent speaking and writing abilities.
• Have more than three years of relevant experience in human resources and administration, and a willingness to learn about HR affairs.
• Familiar with the Chinese human resources market.
• Familiar with Chinese national and local policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, planning, and organizational coordination abilities, with an understanding of time management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel.
• Patient, outgoing personality, strong communication and coordination abilities, and a sense of responsibility and dedication.
