Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a (Sr.) Business Process Specialist to oversee and support the implementation, daily operations, and user support of ERP systems. The role ensures projects are completed smoothly and on schedule, while providing effective technical training and support.
Job Responsibilities:
• ERP Project Support: Assist in planning and executing ERP project plans, maintain meeting minutes, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• System Implementation and Development: Aid in the deployment and implementation of ERP systems, manage data preparation and migration, manage tickets and reports based on requirements, and design, develop, and maintain ERP software solutions.
• Technical Support and Training: Address user technical issues, provide system support and training, handle problem reports, and conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
• Project Documentation: Write and update user manuals and project documentation to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Customer Communication and Support: Communicate with customers to understand requirements, assist in issue resolution, and effectively manage user feedback and suggestions.
• Additional Skill Requirements:
- Must have experience with API/Postman application.
- Familiarity with ERP module functionalities and business processes (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Experience in ETL design and cross-system data integration would be plus..
- Experience in RPA automation tools, Power Automate or UiPath would be plus.
- Knowledge of SQL syntax.
