1. 優秀的領導能力和團隊管理能力
2. 具有良好的問題解決能力和決策能力、能夠迅速反應和解決營運中出現的問題和挑戰
3. 出色的營運策畫和執行能力、能夠制定有效的營運計畫和策略並推動實施和執行
4. 英語程度: 英文聽說讀寫精通
5. 商務會議的英文簡報技巧、TOEIC(多益測驗)900分以上。
6. 具備優秀的電腦軟體技能(WORD、EXCEL、POWER-POINT)、中文及英文打字操作
速度需70字/分鐘以上
7. 五年以上國貿業務主管相關工作經驗。
8. 週六調整上班、 週日週一休假
9. 年薪台幣200-300萬

工作內容
1. 綜理生產及業務部門、工作規劃、執行督導及檢討改善
2. 根據公司目標、市場特性和成本及利潤的考量、發展和評估銷售或推廣策略
3. 研擬營運計畫及年度專案規劃
4. 帶領國外業務人員達到預定之業績目標

Working in CS Global will require fast learning ability on retail business and passion on learning and building new products. It is essential to understand the products our customers carry, the type of re-tailing businesses they are in, and the type of customers they target.
As a trading partner for retailing business, we hold the fundamental value to provide the best merchandising solution to our customers. This will involve designing the product range, finding factories, presentation, and utmost awareness in customer services, etc. Developing merchandising solutions can be a fun process. Creativity and innovation is always welcomed.
