FooSpace is a retail technology company providing Unmanned Retail System as a Service. With our unmanned retail technology, much of the purchase, checkout, and payment steps associated with a retail transaction are completely automated without humans; in the meantime, 1st-party data and user footprints are automatically collected and analyzed by the system. Our vision is to revolutionize retail market with innovative technology.
【職務說明】
・擔任客戶日常聯繫窗口，以LINE或電話聯繫客戶，協助即時排除問題
・負責客戶教育訓練及後台功能設定與協作
・與內部其他部門合作，交辦項目並追蹤進度
・接聽日常來電及文件製作等業務助理庶務
【相關技能】
・需熟悉Google Workspace Suite / Microsoft Office 相關工具操作
・能同時處理多組客戶需求，並組織優先順序
・喜歡雜事讓自己經手後，變成井井有條或更有效率的感覺
・客戶服務相關經驗尤佳
