Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will use your skills across project management in HR domain. You will need to demonstrate abilities to successfully:
* Lead project team for HR global package implementation, or HR advisory projects
* Manage overall scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks, issues, dependencies, governance processes including deliverable management, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, status reports.
* Enforce solution and commercial project change management to determine if a change is in scope or requires a project change request, coordinating change to comply with Legal and Finance requirements.
* Collaborate with Architects, Technologists, Software Developers, Data Managers, Production support teams, Data Security & Privacy, Regulatory bodies, IBM Executive Stakeholders and corresponding client counterparts.
