Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring in English Literature and/or Language.
- Analyze students' learning styles and needs, and develop personalized teaching plans to help them overcome learning difficulties.
- Offer timely guidance and feedback according to students' needs and progress, and design teaching plans and materials to help students improve their academic performance.
- Assist students in preparing for exams, including answering questions, providing practice materials, and conducting mock exams.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with international education programs such as, IB, AP, A-Level, and/or IGCSE.
- Familiar with English Literature and/or Language.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Be able to teach in Full English and Mandarin.
- Be able to teach in-person class is a plus.
Salary:
- Negotiable based on individual ability and experience.
- Salary adjustment after achieving a certain number of teaching hours.
