About the Opportunity:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategy with the company’s business objectives. You will act as a strategic advisor, providing HR expertise to management and employees, fostering a positive work environment, and driving key HR initiatives to support our growing team in the fast-paced world of blockchain.
Responsibilities:
◆ Collaborate with department heads and leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
◆ Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices to achieve business objectives.
◆ Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
◆ Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances with sensitivity and professionalism.
◆ Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
◆ Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
◆ Develop and implement talent development programs, including training, career development, and succession planning.
◆ Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
◆ Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, including change management, team building, and leadership development.
◆ Support the development and implementation of company-wide HR projects and initiatives.
◆ Assist in designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
◆ Use HR analytics to track key metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve HR practices.
Requirement:
◆ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
◆ Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in an HRBP or similar role.
◆ Experience in the technology or financial services industry, preferably within the blockchain sector.
◆ Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
◆ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
◆ Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
◆ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
◆ High level of integrity and confidentiality.

◆ Experience in leading HR projects or implementing HR practices.
◆ Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
