# Job role and responsibility:
The ideal candidate of Software Field Application Engineer is self-motivated, multi-
tasker, and demonstrated team-player.
- Act as a trusted Expedera hardware advisor to customers, support customer's project,
and resolve customers' emulation technical issues
- Provide Expedera SDK training courses to customers.
- Use Expedera SDK to debug and optimize customers' request.
- Test Expedera delivery package in the customer's clean room and bring the data
results back.
- Collaborate with internal software team to maintain and improve products' verification
environments.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-
functional teams.
- Write technical tutorials
# Technical skills:
- Familiar with Python and C++, Docker, and VS Code.
- Experiences on version control (GIT) and issue tracking system (JIRA).
- Good knowledge of AI/ML.
# Requirement:
- At least 3 years of field application support
- B.S. or M.S. or equivalent in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Good English written and oral communication capability to interface with other
engineers
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving capability
- Able to travel to overseas, mostly China, 3 to 6 months in a year.
