JOB ROLE
As the Social Media Senior Manager at Decathlon Taiwan, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy, with a focus on the Taiwanese market. You will lead a team of social media professionals, manage our online presence, and create engaging content to enhance our brand visibility and engagement on various social platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for influencer marketing and word-of-mouth marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the Taiwanese market, aligning with the company's overall marketing and communication objectives.
2.Content Creation: Create and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
3.Platform Management: Manage and optimize all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and local platforms relevant to the Taiwanese market.
4.Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders in the industry to create authentic and impactful partnerships that drive brand awareness and engagement.
5.Word-of-Mouth Marketing: Develop and implement word-of-mouth marketing strategies to encourage customer advocacy, referrals, and positive user-generated content.
6.Community Engagement: Build and nurture a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7.Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
8.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, provide regular reports on key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
9.Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
10.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, aigital and CRM to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand voice.
JOB SKILLS
Technical Skills
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2.Minimum of 5 years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3.Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
4.Strong understanding of the Taiwanese social media landscape and cultural nuances.
5.Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies, influencer marketing, and word-of-mouth marketing initiatives.
6.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7.Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
8.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
