Onsite Validation Engineer
工作概要 Job Summary
驻主机厂客户端现场，作为客户和内部之间的桥梁，需要及时响应并沟通客户产线问题，支持产品台架测试和实车测试。
Onsite support at OEM manufacturing site. As a bridge between OEM and internal team, need to response and communicate with OEM on the assembly issues promptly. Support product bench test and vehicle test.
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.与车厂或供应商及内部沟通并协调整车装配过程中涉及CDC产品的事宜。
During vehicle assembly communicate with OEM, suppliers and internal team on the matters concerned of CDC product.
2.作为接口收集并管理客户整车测试过程中发现的问题(包括问题场景描述、问题复现手顺、获取问题Log等)、做初步的分析、并将问题录入内部系统追踪。必要时在客户端参与实车测试。
As an interface between internal team and OEM:
-to collect the issues found during vehicle test (including give detailed issue description，provide issue reproducing steps, get the issue logs, etc.);
-to do the initial issue analysis;
-to input the issues into internal system and do the tracking.
And necessarily, to participate in the OEM vehicle test.
3.进行产品功能和系统需求的测试和验证
Support on the product function and system requirement test and validation
4.在产品路试阶段，测试并验证产品功能
Support product function test and validation during road test
岗位的相互配合Position Interactions
汇报责任：Chief Engineer
监督任务：
工作联系：与客户、PDTL、硬件、软件、结构和测试保持良好沟通和协作，以确保问题的快速解决和工作目标的达成。
分析要求 Analytical Requirements:
具备一定的产品、问题分析能力；人际沟通方面的技能；
资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:
1.大学本科或以上学历，软件/硬件、计算机、汽车、自动化或其他相关专业
Bachelor degree or above in Software/Hardware, Computer, Automotive, or Automation control, or related fields
2.3年或以上电子、软件开发或产品定义的工作经历，具备汽车电子产品开发的工作经历优先
3+ years experience in product, electronic or software validation, automotive electronic background/experience is preferred
3.熟悉车辆架构或汽车ECU产品(车载娱乐产品，仪表，ADAS，车身控制管理系统…)优先
Familiar with vehicle architecture or vehicle ECUs(Infotainment, Cluster, ADAS, BCM, …) is preferred
4.具备团队意识，自我激励，工作积极主动，并具备责任心
Team-work spirit, self-motivated, good at taking initiatives and accountability.
5.在独立环境中具备良好的时间管理能力
Good time management in a stand-alone environment.
6.具备良好的沟通和表达技巧
Good communication and presentation skills
7.精通office软件
Good at Microsoft Office
8.能够配合项目进展和客户需求出差，并具备能够在压力下工作的能力
Willing to travel if required, working under pressure.
Ps：
1.驻场到台湾福特，台架、路测，要有驾照
2.缴纳台湾当地社保，全额缴纳
3.薪资发台币，10~14k（台币44686~62560）
4.9-6，周末双休，周末加班调休
5.不提供住宿
