工作內容:
1.幫助聽損顧客改善生活品質 -提供聽力輔具專業產品,進行衛教、選配和保健建議
2.提高顧客對睡眠障礙和呼吸中止疾病意識,有更好的睡眠品質 -提供睡眠呼吸正壓器專業產品,進行衛教、銷售服務和保健建議
3.客製化的一對一顧問服務
4.產品售後追蹤
5.客戶關係管理,舊客與新客的關係維繫
工作地點:
[豐原門市] 台中市豐原區中正路88號1樓
[三重門市] 新北市三重區正義北路264號1樓
[內湖門市] 台北市內湖區文德路40號1樓
上班時間
- 兩班制輪班
9:00-18:00 、12:00-21:00(中間休息一小時)
- 週休二日(排休)
要求條件
- 無相關經驗可!
- 有學習熱忱
- 良好的顧客服務態度
培訓與晉升
- 選配師前三個月接受專業培訓,第一個月在門市接受訓練及評估
- 第二個月會舉辦培訓會(位於台北中和,南部同事會提供交通補助及住宿安排),一週培訓一週回門店的形式
-第三個月依照公司安排
薪資與福利
- 派遣期間薪資:月薪 33,000 元,三個月後即轉為正職人員
- 正職期間薪資:底薪 43,000,另有月獎金& 季獎金
