職務内容
1. 熟悉勞動相關法令，協助勞資關係相關業務之推動。
2. 具備人資系統使用經驗，包括人才發展、招募、出勤等。
3. 負責人員編制、人員資料之管理及更新。
4. 負責人員召募、任用(出勤、保險、異動、離退)作業。
5. 規劃、管理、執行與維護企業內部人力資源之相關紀錄，定期產出各項報表供相關管理決策之參考。
6. 協助規劃並執行績效評核相關時程規劃及系統設定。
7. 舉辦教育訓練，符合組織目標及同仁職能規劃。
8. 主管交辦事項及相關行政業務。

Portrade has long history in cooperating with many global leading petrochemical manufacturers, such as Dow-Dupont and Goodyear from USA; Chimei, TSRC and LCY from Taiwan; Sinopec Group from Mainland China and so is quite well-known in the market.
Protrade is proudly to be one of Acer Group since year 2021, which is an important milestone in the company's development. Another important milestone is the successful public issuing (pre-IPO) of Protrade's stock in Taiwan, effective as of June 13, 2023 with ticker # 6972
博瑞達成立已超過30年，係跨國貿易及通路商，市場涵蓋全球四十多國。主要產品有合成橡膠、天然橡膠、塑膠材料、石油化工原料等。在美國、大陸、印度、越南等國家設有分公司及辦事處並於全球多個主要城市擁有策略合作夥伴。本公司長期與許多知名的石化生產廠家合作，包括美國的Dow-Dupont、Goodyear；台灣的奇美、台橡、李長榮化工；中國的中石化等等，於業界頗具知名度。
